Stepping Stones Therapy

At Stepping Stones Therapy, we provide our pediatric patients with access to comprehensive and individualized therapy using only the most current and evidence-based practices. We also proudly offer pediatric speech therapy services that can be provided in Spanish and English, which is essential to achieve the best outcomes for our Spanish-speaking and bilingual clients and their families.

In 2020, Stepping Stones Therapy opened its doors to patients in the city of Cookeville, TN and the surrounding Upper Cumberland area. In February 2022, we opened a brand new, spacious, second pediatric therapy clinic in Crossville, TN to better serve the needs of our neighbors in the Upper Cumberland area. Our mission has been to provide quality, family-centered care in a safe and fun environment. We provide all of our patients with state-of-the-art pediatric therapy services to foster independence in all skills needed for life-long success.
